The KOER BV8 expansion tank is designed to compensate for excess pressure and expansion of the coolant in closed-type heating systems by absorbing the excess volume of coolant that forms when it is heated. Housing material: stainless steel with paint coating. Air nipple: brass. Air pressure in the tank: 1.5 bar. Housing wall thickness: at least 1.2 mm. Threaded connection: 3/4. Membrane: EPDM. Maximum fluid temperature: 90°C. Tip: to make the cartridge or mixer faucet last longer, the water supply system should have a filter to remove sand, silt, and rust from the water, which destroy the shut-off element of the mixer.
