This series of PDC diamond drill bits is specially designed for drilling hard rocks of IV-VII hardness categories. When creating these bits, cutters with increased impact and abrasion resistance are used. The specially designed bit profile and optimally selected number of blades provide maximum cutter overlap, which protects the bit from premature wear. To increase the stable behavior of the bit at the bottom, a spiral shape of the blades is used. The set of design solutions embodied in these bits allows achieving maximum speed, penetration, and excellent controllability when drilling wells.
